In August 1999, the Project Management Institute granted PMCentersUSA the right to be a Charter Global Registered Education Provider (PMI R.E.P.). This requires that PMCentersUSA accepts and adheres to all PMI R.E.P. program policies, requirements, and rules concerning the provision of professional educational activities and materials. Our association with PMI signifies that our instruction is of the highest quality and in complete alliance with PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^® Guide).

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

As a Registered Education Provider for PMI, PMCentersUSA is approved to award Professional Development Units (PDUs) for all courses. PMI uses PDUs to measure education hours. Like many in the field of project management, you may be interested in earning PMI’s PMP designation as a way to add value and independently authenticate your position as a certified Project Management Professional. The Master’s Certificate program is designed to help you prepare for this prestigious certification by addressing all the critical areas in PMI’s PMBOK^® Guide. In order to be eligible to sit for PMI’s PMP exam, you must earn a minimum of 35 hours (PDUs) of education, specifically in project management. PMPs who seek to maintain their PMP credential are required to complete 60 PDUs every three years. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Through our university affiliations, all our public courses carry Continuing Education Units (CEUs). CEUs are an official way to recording the completion of postsecondary education and professional development. For each course you complete, you will receive a certificate indicating the number of CEUs you have earned. These certificates are evidence of successful completion of courses and should be retained as proof of your achievements.

Affiliation with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)

In 2007, PMCentersUSA became an Endorsed Education Provider for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). This affiliation signifies that, as an education-focused organization, PMCentersUSA has demonstrated that its courses are aligned with IIBA's established business analysis standards. In addition, the EEP affiliation verifies that PMCentersUSA has defined quality procedures in place in regards to course development, updates and instructor selection, and has integrated industry standards and student feedback into its courseware development process. The Business Analysis training courses offered by PMCentersUSA award PMI PDUs, as well as training hours which apply toward the educational requirements for the IIBA's Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) credential.
