What's New in the PMBOK® Guide Fourth Edition

PMI® has issued the Fourth Edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). This webinar will provide a detailed explanation of the changes made to the PMBOK® Guide from the third edition. The processes decreased from 44 to 42 processes; with two processes deleted, two processes added and 6 other processes reconfigured into 4 processes. This webinar will describe the changes to the processes and offer suggestions on specific areas of focus when using the PMBOK® Guide. Time will be provided at the end of the webinar for questions.
