PMCentersUSA offers high-value International Institute of Business Analysis-aligned training programs in a field of fast-growing interest in the business community and with IT projects in particular. With the advent of the IIBA’s standard A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®), Business Analysts now have a worldwide standard to follow, as well as the ability to earn a the professional designation of Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®).

We provide a variety of training options for those interested in gaining or formalizing core Business Analyst skills as outlined by the IIBA®. Our solutions framework includes:

Our Business Analysis training is designed to address the standards established by the IIBA's latest version of A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®), as well as prepare individuals for the new IIBA® professional certification examination. In addition, our classes address certain PMI Knowledge Areas and, as such, provide PMI® PDU credits applicable for those seeking to qualify for the PMP® examination or to meet PMP® recertification requirements.

PMCentersUSA's Business Analysis training programs are offered publicly through our university affiliates and can be offered privately for groups of 15-20. Case studies can be customized at an additional cost to reflect your specific industry or company focus. Classes include hands-on learning activities for higher levels of knowledge retention and to promote interaction among all participants.

  The Master's Certificate Track consists of seven focused courses addressing all IIBA® Knowledge Areas 
delivered in two-day segments over a four month period. When the 14-day program is completed,  students receive a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis, designating success in the study of business analysis at this level.  

An elective eighth course is also available, Technical Skills for Business Analysts. This course addresses essential skills necessary to interact effectively with technical project team members and highlights various topics, including Structured Query Language, programming concepts, the Web, and configuration management.
