OUR PROGRAM

All of our Project Management training is aligned with the latest edition of the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).  Each training program provides an extensive and practical curriculum that builds the skills necessary to tackle the challenges of directing projects in a broad range of work environments. Additionally, each individual program is taught by our team of skilled project management practitioners, many of whom are leaders in their field.

For your convenience, we have developed several tracks of classes to address your specific project management training needs:

  The Master’s Certificate Track

This track consists of six focused courses in project management delivered in two-day segments and spread out over a four-month period. When the 12-day program is completed, students receive a Master’s Certificate from the accredited university, which designates that they have been successful in their study of project management at this level.

 The PMP Track

This track offers the same six courses in the Master's Certificate Track, but adds a seventh course in our program, PMP Examination Preparation, presented for those seeking to take PMI’s PMP certification exam. This two-day course thoroughly reviews all materials presented in the program through a series of sample exams and instructor explanations of correct answers.

  The Advanced Track

The most comprehensive track, the Advanced Track includes the six core Master’s Certificate classes, the PMP Examination Preparation course, and three advanced-level project management sessions, including IT Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects, and Turning Around Problem Projects. The Advanced classes are two days in duration spread out over several months, and require that participants are knowledgeable in the project management principles and techniques covered in the Master’s Certificate in Project Management Program.

 5-Day Project Manager Training

The 5-day Project Manager Training is a consecutive 5-day program that is designed around the six domains of competent performance in project management, identified by the Project Management Institute as Project Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing, and Professional Responsibility. This course is accelerated and provides a condensed curriculum that awards students with a Certificate of Completion and the minimum number of PMI PDU requirements to qualify to take the PMP Examination.

Non-Track Courses:
Effective Scheduling Techniques

This one-day course will show you how to greatly improve your project scheduling skills. Topics include a brief review of scheduling fundamentals, types of schedules, estimating work and duration, checking a schedule for mistakes, and keeping your project on track. This course includes hands-on exercises and is designed for people who use scheduling software and are responsible for creating and modifying project schedules
